How do I expedite shipping/delivery?
Economy Shipping
If the only available shipping method during checkout is "Economy" this means that expedited shipping is not available from this store. Your item will ship within 1 - 2 business days, provided there are no backordered or preordered items, and will arrive within 3 - 5 business days (for domestic orders) or 2 - 8+ weeks depending on a number of factors (for international orders).
Expedited Shipping (Limited Availability)
Not all stores will offer expedited shipping; if this service is available, you will see a variety of shipping options available on the Shipping Method section during checkout. Items will ship from either our Fairfield, Ohio, USA warehouse or our Ogden, Utah, USA warehouse depending on where the store inventory is housed.
Specific Need-By Dates
If rush shipping is available on your portal and you need to ensure that items arrive by a specific date, you can utilize the Need-By Date option during checkout. Please keep in mind that the date you select should be the last day that your items can arrive, not the day you will need to use them. So, for example, if you need to use the items on Tuesday you would put your need-by date as Monday at the latest to ensure they arrive ahead of time. Please note that our warehouses close at 5pm local time, so if your order is placed after hours or over the weekend the earliest they can ship is the following business day.
