United States Domestic Shipping FAQ

  • updated 3 wk ago

How long will my order take to process?

Once your order is placed, it will take about 24-48 hours for our warehouse team to pull the item(s) from inventory and prepare for shipping.

When will my package arrive?

Once your package has been picked up and scanned by the shipper, your order will typically take up to 3 business days to arrive at its destination. This is based on which warehouse your order has left from.

My order shows "Shipped" on your website, but the shipper hasn't picked it up.

Most of our shippers pick up orders every single day. However, they may not scan the package slip until they have itemized the order in the facilities. See below for the average number of days it takes for a shipper to mark your order as picked up:

  • FedEx and UPS: Same day

  • USPS: 3-5 business days

My order's returning to sender per tracking info. What's next?

This means the shipper attempted to deliver the order, but your address could not be found in their system or there was a conflict trying to reach its final destination. Please contact our Customer Service team with your order number for assistance correcting the note.

Please note that we cannot reship the item until it has arrived back at our facility, processed, and prepped for shipping again, which may take 2-3 days.

My package arrived broken or is the wrong item.

Our apologies if you received a damaged item! While we package all of our items with the intent of handling the normal wear and tear of transit, sometimes breakages will occur.

Please see the Returns FAQ for how to resolve this issue.

I want to return or exchange the item.

You may start a return by selecting the return link on your order confirmation email. From there, follow this guide on how to get the return process going.
