How do I return or exchange an item?

Please note that you will be responsible for return postage, but the rest of the returns process is completely free of cost. Once your original items are received at our warehouse and checked back into our inventory you will receive an automated email confirmation.
If you requested an exchange, your replacement order will be set up when your item is received back; your replacement order will ship within 1 - 2 business days and you'll receive an automated email with tracking information once it departs from our facilities. Please note it may take 24 - 48 hours for the return tracking number to first update.
If you've requested a refund, it will be processed upon receipt of your return; refunds are usually quite speedy but it can take up to 3 - 5 business days for it to finish processing back into your account.
You can also reach out at any time to check on the status of your refund/exchange! Please make sure to keep your return tracking number as that will be very helpful for us to have for research/update purposes.
Returns and exchanges are unfortunately not available on personalized jobs such as iBuys or on items from on-demand stores since these items are completely customized and we do not carry additional quantities in stock.
