Overview

A portal is the store link where your customers, employees, or any other group can go to select or purchase items. When you are ready to set up a new portal for your program, Koits will create the portal for you. 

Examples of different portal needs:

• Employee only store to redeem or purchase your company swag.
• Promotions or events with special merchandise for a limited time.
• New hire kits, Anniversary gifts, Recognition gifts, etc.

Portals to meet your needs:

• Credit Card Portal - a simple, customizable ordering store that allows your customers, employees, or any other group to view and select an item and purchase via credit card.
• Non- Credit Card Portal - This portal is best to use when you have a set budget. You can assign an approver for items being ordered before the order is complete.
• Redemption Portal - this portal allows your customers or employees to enter the store with a unique access code and select an item.  Redemption portals are perfect for giveaways, employee gifts, and customer appreciation. You or your Program Manager may distribute a unique code with the portal link to each recipient.

  • Google Fonts - Google Fonts
  • Banners, Headers and Bottom Banners (Footers). Below are the size requirements.
    • It is best to start with a full-width banner, which can always be sized down, as needed.  For a view of banner & header images, view Customizing your portal
      • Top: Full Width (Hero): 2000px X 300px
        • The height can be altered for a thinner banner. 
      • Top: Standard Width (header): 1600px X 295px
      • Bottom (Footer): 1000px X 215px 
      • Skinny Bottom Banner /Header: 1600px X 200px
      • Category Images: 400px x 400px
        • Better to have a larger image.  We can size down as needed.
      • Allowed types: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp, tif, tiff
