How is tax collected for domestic & international orders?
Domestic Orders
- Tax will be charged upon checkout for all orders.
- We are not able to waive or refund sales tax on online store purchases, even if they will be shipped to a nonprofit or to be sold under a reseller permit.
International Orders
- We unfortunately have no control over duties or taxes that may be assessed. We fill out all customs paperwork with information that is accurate and correct to the best of our knowledge. Any duties, taxes, and fees that may be assessed are the responsibility of the recipient and will be handled by your local postal carrier (or USPS International, depending on which carrier services your area).
- You will be notified of the amount due and given a set period of time to pay the fees in order to receive your item(s); if you do not take action when you receive the notification, your item will be returned to sender or abandoned.
