When submitting a Print Ready document to Kotis we recommend verifying the following list. If you have any questions or need clarification on any point, please don't hesitate to contact us.

File Format and Setup:

• File must be submitted in PDF/X-1a Format
• Bleeds must be 0.125”/3mm
• Crop marks need to be included
• Keep text and important elements at least 0.25”/6mm from the edge
• Pages are in order and numbered
• Check spelling

Color:

• All colors need to be converted to CMYK
• Black text needs to be set to 100% K (not rich black)
• Standard print industry color profile needs to be used

Images/Graphics/fonts

• Images need to be at least 300 dpi
• Images need to be embedded
• Transparencies need to be flattened
• Fonts need to be converted or outlined
