What info do you need to start a custom project?

We are always excited to help you get a new project started! 

These details are particularly helpful for our team to get the ball rolling on creating amazing swag:

  • Name of your Company/Organization & Department, if applicable
  • Which team members need to be included on communications about your project? (eg., anyone who needs access to product pricing showcases, art proofs, order submission, or general order visibility)
  • What products or garments are you interested in? If you already have something in mind, great! If not, your Creative Project Manager is an expert in products and decoration. They'll help guide you on the best products to meet your needs and budget.
  • What quantity are you interested in ordering? This will help us accurately provide price quotes.
  • Artwork or design ideas: please provide images in vector format (acceptable: AI, PDF (300 DPI), SVG, EPS, or DXF), this is required for official logos to preserve your brand integrity (additional brand art guidelines linked here). If you need design help, we have a full in-house graphic design team that can take your rough ideas and brand guidelines to create original artwork that falls in line with your brand.  
  • Budget, either per item or overall project budget: we have access to hundreds of thousands of products, and can work with just about any budget. Knowing your specific budget, or budget range, helps us find the best product and decoration to fit within it – words like “inexpensive” and “high quality” mean different things to everyone – to ensure we are aligned, please provide specific numbers. You’ll get more relevant options on showcases the first time around.
  • Need by date: this will help us find the best product to meet your project deadlines.
