Advantages of Bundling

What is Bundling?

At Kotis, bundling is the process of combining like items into pack quantities, as opposed to single units of measure.  This is especially helpful for smaller items such as stickers, pens, magnets, and pins.

Talk with your account or program managers for more information on bundling.

πŸ“¦ Example: Pack of 100 stickers or Bag of 25 pens

πŸ’― Bundling is most common in packs of 10, 25, 50, & 100 (based on your fulfillment needs.)

πŸ“Ž Types of bundling include shrinkwrap, elastic band, and poly bag.

Benefits of Bundling

πŸ•— Saves time from receiving to shipping

Bundling items reduces the number of individual transactions, streamlining the packaging and shipping process.  This saves time during check-in and fulfillment, leading to increased efficiency for you.

 πŸ‘€ Increases accuracy during fulfillment

Bundling ensures all the necessary items are packaged together correctly.  This minimizes the chances of mistakes and reduces the likelihood of missing items in the unboxing experience for your customers & employees.

🐒 Helps to clear excess stock or slow-moving items

Slow-moving or excess products can be bundled in packs to sell more for less, or added into orders with faster-moving products.

πŸ“‹ Ease of ordering for events and tradeshows, with larger quantity needs.

Bundles were designed to remove the trial and error when it comes to planning for trade shows and purchasing the products you’ll need.  Help prospectives remember you by having swag for them to take away.

When We Recommend Bundling

⬆️ Ordering large or bulk quantities: Even packs of 10 increase accuracy and speed of receiving and fulfillment.

✏️ Small to medium items that are not ordered in single quantities from inventory:  Items such as pens, notebooks, hats, lanyards, buttons, etc.

πŸ–οΈ Ordering quantities of 5 or more from inventory, on most occasions.

Cost of Bundling

Bundling small items can be a cost-effective strategy with numerous benefits. While there is a nominal cost, typically ranging from $0.50-0.85/ per bundle, the advantages far outweigh the initial expense.  The investment of bundling pays off, through time saved and heightened accuracy in order fulfillment and your overall satisfaction.
