EU

EORI (we recommend you provide this during checkout)

- Be prepared that customs may ask the recipient to sign a POA

Turkey

Notarized Power Of Attorney (POA) –  Enables UPS to act as the broker (additional fees may be owed by the local recipient)

- Strongly recommend UPS over FedEx, broker required >30EUR

Mexico

Tax ID (we recommend you provide this during checkout)

Can be submitted to FedEx below:

FedEx | Express Delivery, Courier & Shipping Services | Mexico

- Provide the full name or business that matches the Tax ID

China

Personal Effects Letter and Copy of the recipient's ID front and back

More documentation may be required, such as manufacturer information for the products.

In some cases, formal clearance is required, and a broker needs to be hired.
