Discount Codes

Add new codes

1. Code: If you are adding a single code and would like the code to be a certain word and/or number, enter that in the "Code" field. Otherwise, leave it blank if the code should be a randomly generated combination of letters and numbers, or if you are adding multiple codes at once - bulk added codes will always be randomized letters/numbers.

2. $ Off/% Off/Free Shipping: Choose whether the code should discount a certain dollar amount from the purchaser's order, give the purchaser a certain percentage off of their order, and/or give the purchaser free shipping. 

3. Expires: Choose whether the code should have an expiration date - delete the date and leave the field empty if the code should never expire.

4. # of Uses: Choose whether the code should have a limited number of uses - delete the number and leave the field empty for unlimited uses.

5A. Add Single Code: Click this button to add just one code with these characteristics.

5B. Bulk add codes: To add more than one code with these characteristics, click on the blue "Bulk add codes" link below the orange button. Enter the number of codes you wish to create, then click the "Bulk Add" button.

Hide codes

Click on the "Hide" link next to any active code to deactivate it. View all expired or hidden codes by clicking on the "Expired/Hidden" link above the active code list.

Viewing codes

You can also search for a specific code using the "Search" link, and use the "Download active codes as CSV" link to export a list of all your active codes into an Excel document.

Gift Cards

Add new gift cards

1. Code: If you are adding a single gift card and would like the card to be a certain word and/or number, enter that in the "Code" field. Otherwise, leave this field blank if the gift card should be a randomly generated combination of letters and numbers, or if you are adding multiple gift cards at once - bulk added gift cards will always have randomized codes.

2. $ Value: Enter the dollar value that the purchaser can redeem the gift card for.

3. Expires: Choose whether the gift card should have an expiration date - simply delete the date and leave the field empty if you want the card to never expire.

4A. Add Single Gift Card: Click this button to add just one gift card with these characteristics.

4B. Bulk add gift cards: To add more than one gift card with these characteristics, click on the blue "Bulk add gift cards" link below the orange button. Enter the number of gift cards you wish to create, then click the "Bulk Add" button.

Hide/view gift cards

Click on the "Hide" link next to any active gift card to deactivate it.

You can also search for a specific gift card using the "Search" link, and use the "Download active cards as CSV" link to export a list of all your active cards into an Excel document.
