HIT Promo offers an integrated system with Kotis, called API.  The system allows our systems to communication with one another making the ordering process more simple and efficient.

HOW TO SEND HIT PROMO WORK ORDERS

Step 1.  Follow the steps for an online work order through step 4.

Step 2.  You do NOT need to enter costs.

Step 3.  You will be directed to a PO page to confirm details on the order. This may include color, decoration method, decoration location, etc.  Colors and decoration is found on the job page and/or proof.

Step 4.  Once the details are confirmed correct, click "Create PO"

This sends the data to HIT, marks the work order as sent, and saves all the cost info to our system.

PRO TIPS:  This system does not work for:

• “One Day Turn” jobs 
• Split-ship jobs 
• Any notes in the notes fields will not show up on Hit's end 
• Also if you get a message that it could not be sent to Hit electronically, send those via PDF as well
