PFL has shared the attached pricing guide for AFSP orders.  

When an order comes into the RFP queue. Review the job details as normal.

1.  The Job page should list the Sku number and qty on the product row.

2.  Open the attached pricing guide and find the correct sku.  You will see the Sku details and included Bundle type, if included.

3.   Make sure the "Bundle of 25" is highlighted on the PO and noted in the body of the email, when sending the work order.

4.  Enter the qty at the top of the pricing guide.

• Once the qty is entered, pricing will automatically updated for all skus
• Review the sku you are ordering for:
  • Print price
  • Fedex ground cost
  • Total Price

5.  Lead time: Current showing as 4-6 wks

6.  Enter the correct cost into the work order in the Other charges

• Enter Print price
• Enter shipping cost
  • PFL Shipping:  PFL will guarantee shipping on their FedEx account and replace any lost orders at no cost.  However, they cannot guarantee shipping on 3rd party accounts and can only offer a discounted rate depending.
