The Company Box: Placing an order online

This guide will walk you through the steps to complete a work order for custom boxes.

Company Box give Kotis Design a 10% discount off the regularly listed price and will calculate automatically once you’ve signed into the website.

Kotis Design is set up on a NET 30 payment plan with Company Box.

Before Ordering: Reach out to the Art Team and request the art file(s) be sent to you at po@kotisdesign.com .   Once received you are ready to submit the order

·       Ask the Art Team to confirm the Box Size and Flute, because it can change from what’s posted on the job page.  

 

Submitting The Order:

·       Login to the Website: Company Box

·       Click New Project.

  

Pick A Category:

·    Click "Mailers" or another category as needed.  Mailer will be the most common.

 

Select A Style:

·    Select the appropriate style of mailer, by clicking "Build".  The style is what’s being ordered on the product line of the job page.  Ear Lock Mailer is the most common.

 

Select Your Size & Specs:

Note: Always enter a customer size otherwise you won’t have the option to select the “Flute”.

 

·       Enter the dimensions of the box provided by the art team

·       Select the Board Type or Flute

·       Click Ok

 

·       Printing: Choose the part of the box being printed. 

·       Luxe is a more expensive option so only choose if it’s listed on the job page.  Standard is the most common.

  • Select the Outer and Inner Material being used.  Noted on the job page or art proof.
    • Most common is “Standard White” unless otherwise noted.
  • Select the Finish.
    • Matte is the most common.
  • Select the Quantity.
    • If the quantity isn’t listed in the dropdown select “Enter a Custom Quantity” and enter the correct quantity.
  • Click on “UPLOAD YOUR DESIGN HERE”
    • It’s preferred to upload the art when the order is placed and is why we ask for the art file and details upfront. 
    • If for some reach you are unable to upload the art file(s) because the website times out or some other issue, you can email the art file to Company Box and ask them to upload is for you.  team@companybox.com
    • Provide them with the art file(s) and the Company Box order number
      • (S-#####)

 

Upload Your Design

 

  • Download the PDF files provided by the Art Team and upload them here.  Or drag and drop the attachments directly from the email.
    • If a 2-sided imprint, upload both the outside and inside art PDFs before moving forward. 
    • If a 1-sided imprint enter either the outside or inside art PDFs.
    • FAQ page has helpful hints and design dos and don’ts if issues arise
    • In the bottom right-hand corner of the screen is a preview.  It doesn’t always work, but when it does it helpful to make sure the art is in the correct orientation.
  • Once the art is uploaded click "Add to cart"

 

My Cart:

 

·       Make sure all the details are correct. (Box size, Flute, Qty)

o   The MOQ for RUSH is 250 boxes.  If the qty is less reach out to Company Box for RUSH approval.  RUSH cost is 18% of the total order.

·       NOTES: Enter the Job/PO # and the FedEx Account # here.

·       If everything is correct click “Checkout”

Ship To Information

 

 

  • Enter the ship to address from the job page
  • Check for accuracy and click “Continue to Shipping”

Shipping Method

 

 

  • Select “Use Your Own FedEx Account”
  • Click “Continue to Payment”

Payment and Billing Address

 

·       Select “Net 30” for Payment

·       Select “Use a different billing address” and enter the Kotis PO Box address along with the PO #.

·       Click Complete the order.

Add order number (S-XXXXX) to the job page under Production Notes.
