• We typically work very closely with Ruth Becker on all things Cascade; she provides category details, backorder notes, etc.
• If you are ever unsure on how to answer a customer question, check with Madison first then, if more info is required, Ruth.
• Kotis owns the merchandise for Cascade unlike all other online stores. Because of this, we’re able to have more flexibility than standard Kotis buyers on replenishment decisions
• Use our standard escalation process if issues occur. Ex: if customer is upset, offer a discount code to the online store, another item if out of stock and/or escalate to Madison when needed
• Use #Cascade as the tag in Front inbox so we can track volume and analytics
