With the holidays upon us, we can say it has been a whirlwind of year.  Unfortunately, as we reach the close of 2021 we are still experiencing the effects of the pandemic.  Due to continued inventory and staffing struggles, along with an unexpected influx in embroidery requests, we are seeing major delays in embroidery decoration across the industry, with production at 60-90 days out. Our embroidery partners are struggling to maintain standard timelines and shipping dates are behind schedule by approximately 8 wks. 

As a client with an embroidery job in progress, you may experience completion dates being pushed out longer than anticipated.  We are working to meet firm dates as close to the desired date as possible but cannot make guarantees at this time.

Kotis Design will do everything possible to minimize the inconvenience caused by the delay. As we process your job to the best of our current ability, we ask for your understanding in this regard. The dates above are only estimates and may change as we work daily with our decorators to assist in amending dates and keep things progressing forward.
