When Will My Order Ship

If all items are in stock, your order will ship within 1 - 2 business days for standard orders.  Orders will typically ship complete, so if you have a backordered or preordered item included on your order nothing will ship out until everything is in stock, at which point all items will ship out together at one time.  You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as it departs from our facilities; please keep in mind that it can take 24 - 48 hours for your tracking number to first update. 

Please note that our warehouses are located in Ogden, Utah, USA and Fairfield, Ohio, USA; they are open from 8:30am to 5pm local time, Monday through Friday.  If your order is submitted after hours, during the weekend, or on a regular holiday it will ship the following business day.

When Will My Order Arrive

Domestic orders will typically arrive within 3 - 5 business days depending on which warehouse your item ships from (we have two warehouses, one in Ogden, Utah, USA and one in Fairfield, Ohio, USA) and your exact location. 

International orders will typically arrive within 2 - 8+ weeks depending on a number of factors including your exact location; the shipping method selected during checkout; how quickly customs in your country can review and approve the shipment; and the speed of your local postal carrier who will typically complete the final leg of your shipment's journey.
