Q - The sales report does not match the portal sales, why?
A - The sales report will show sales for items shipped AND not shipped. The sales reported quarterly is only for the orders that shipped during that quarter. The best report to use for this is the shipments report and sum column AQ (minus any discounts/gift cards)
Q – What are Oversized Items?
A - If product can’t fit in the pick bins (for example if you have 1,000 backpacks, maybe only 100 can fit in a pick bin), we put the excess inventory on pallets for longer term storage. This also happens if there are items that are individually too large to fit in standard pick bins.
Q – Why am I being charged a “Minimum Spend Fee”?
A - The total spend for the previous 365 days was under the $25,000 threshold. Spend is calculated from the program start date not a calendar year. EX: if the program started on 6/30 the first year that becomes the start date each year for the spend. The spend would then be calculated each year from 6/30-6/29. If you are unsure of your program start date, please reach out to your Program Manager or firstname.lastname@example.org.

This is an annual fee if you spend less than $25,000 in your program year, if the spend is over $25,000 this fee is waived for that year.
Q – What is my Loyalty Credit? Can I use it to pay my invoice?
A – We incentivize you to spend with Kotis by providing a Loyalty Credit. Each program earns a 7% credit of the total quarterly spend with the goal being to reduce or eliminate your Fulfillment Charges. Any unused rebate will rollover to be used on the next quarter’s fees and the amount never expires, however your rebate cannot be used to cover shipping charges, receiving costs, return labels or Hazmat shipment costs. Please refer to your program agreement to view which fees are eligible to be covered by your Loyalty credit. Loyalty credits have no cash value.
Q - My Shipping Charges Report total does not match the amount charged on my invoice, why?
A – The Shipping Charges Report that you can pull does not include the 10% markup on the shipping charges (as outlined in the program agreement). The report shows the exact charges Kotis has received from the carriers. You will need to add the markup to the total to match the numbers.
