How do I switch out an item on my order?
Email our Client Programs & Services Team with your order number and the items you would like to switch; please note that we are only able to make this adjustment if the items are the exact same price. If they are different prices, we will need to cancel/refund the original item and have you place a new order for the correct one.
Please note that we are open from 8:30am to 5pm Pacific, Monday through Friday; if you email in over the weekend, during a business holiday (such as Christmas Day), or after hours please also give us a call at 206-466-1800 and leave a detailed message with your name, order number, and action needed so that we can make sure to address your order changes as quickly as possible before they ship. Our warehouse teams do sometimes start early so we unfortunately cannot guarantee we can stop your order before it ships, but we will do everything possible to update it for you.
