What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Our apologies if you received a damaged item! While we package all of our items with the intent of handling the normal wear and tear of transit, sometimes breakages will occur.
Please email our Client Programs & Services Team with your order number and pictures of the damaged or incorrect item for assistance. Please note that there is no need to return a damaged item - a picture is sufficient! We may also send over a prepaid shipping label for incorrect items received.
* If your order was received as ordered and undamaged but you would like an exchange or refund, please read this article instead. If your item was lost in transit (or potentially stolen) please contact our Client & Program Services team with your order number.
