How do I add another item to my order?
We are unfortunately unable to add additional quantities/items to orders that have been submitted. Please contact our Customer & Program Services Team if you would like us to cancel/refund your original order so you can place a new one; this will also allow you to avoid additional shipping charges associated with placing a second order for the additional item(s) needed.
Please note that we are open from 8:30am to 5pm Pacific, Monday through Friday; if you email in over the weekend, during a business holiday (such as Christmas Day), or after hours please also give us a call at 206-466-1800 and leave a detailed message with your name, order number, and action needed so that we can make sure to address your order changes as quickly as possible before they ship. Our warehouse teams do sometimes start early so we unfortunately cannot guarantee we can stop your order before it ships, but we will do everything possible to update it for you.
