How do I remove an item from my order/cancel my full order?
If the order has not shipped, you might be able to adjust your order or cancel it. You will know if it has shipped if you have received a tracking number confirmation email. Email our Client Programs & Services Team right away with your order number if it has not shipped and let us know what item(s) you would like us to cancel.
If the order has already shipped and you want to return an item you no longer have use for, please go to www.kotisdesign.com/returns to process your return or exchange. You will be prompted to fill in your order number and order email. To create a return, follow the prompts. You will be responsible for postage back to us.
